Develop Plan with Client

We sat with the client to discuss the requirements of the project. The customer wished to renew her pool and surrounds whilst at the same time creating some privacy by putting in a feature wall. We formulated a design brief / scope of works which centred around the design criteria set by the client whilst maintaining their budget of approximately $50,000.

Preliminary Design / Proposed Scope of Works / Cost Estimate

Sydney Pool Renovations then set to formulating a proposed Preliminary Design / Scope of Works. This was built from the ground up according to the exact customer’s needs. At this stage we invited any feedback and / or comments on the design.

In order to help the customer with providing feedback we also looked at our past work and other companies work to inspire the client and show them all different possibilities. At this stage we made modifications to the design according to the clients wishes.

Revised Costing & Solution Presentation

At this stage we gave the client a detailed a detailed costing of the exact price for renovating her backyard. We also did a solution presentation showing the way each of the elements worked together to meet the original criteria. All our solutions work to build intelligent and value for money, site specific designs.
